What Happens if You Want to Change an Order After Purchase?

After you send us your order, we contract with our printing partner to make the product for you. Your custom shirt, hoodie or stationery order sets into motion a series of transactions, fabric selections, paint mixtures and press setups that cost time and money. As a result, we do not guarantee order change requests. We want you to have an amazing Llama Beach Boutique experience; we might accept order changes if the order has not yet been sent from Llama Beach Boutique to our printing partner. You can ask, and we will try, but we are under no obligation to accept order changes under this agreement.

What Happens if the Pre-Print Quality Team Flags an Issue?

In (very) rare circumstances, suggested product-art combinations will not look right upon production. Our printing partner's pre-print quality team flags orders that they think will look less than amazing once printed. For example, art might look amazing on a Tee Shirt, but will stretch too much on yoga pants. The team informs us of the problem, and then we inform you, our customer. In this case, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase in full. We will inform you by email of the problem and the order cancellation. We will remove that product combination from our store. We will send you suggestions of substitute items to replace your original order.

What Happens if Your Order Does Not Arrive?

Each product description includes a shipping window telling you when to expect delivery. For example, if delivery is 2-4 weeks, then the shipping window is 2 weeks to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. If you have not received your order after the shipping window is closed, contact us to help find or to replace the missing order. You have 5 days after the shipping window closes to inform us that you did not receive the order. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with Llama Beach Boutique. We will try to help you even if you miss this deadline, but we are not obligated to under these terms.

What Happens if We Deliver Your Order According to Your Instructions, and Within the Delivery Window?

We create your custom artwork clothing and stationery upon receipt of your order. All print products are unique, and cannot be returned to inventory in order to sell at a later date to another customer. Therefore, orders delivered according to your instructions are non-refundable. There are no refunds for orders so long as we deliver the product, size, color, and artwork as described on the product page, as requested in your order.

What Happens if Your Order is Damaged or Has a Quality Issue?

If your order is damaged or has a quality issue, contact us for a refund, replacement, or substitute product. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us with details about the issue. You must include enough information for us to understand the problem, and photographs of the specific issue. We want you to have an amazing Llama Beach Boutique experience. We will try to help you if you miss the deadline, but we are not obligated to under these terms.

What Happens if You Dispute the Order with Your Credit Card Company?

We understand that ordering online includes a frustration factor. We have more control when we can see and personally talk with people who can help make things right with our orders. If you did not already know this, you have the power to lodge a complaint with your credit card company. They might then help you get satisfaction from the merchant. The credit card company will ask you if you have tried to resolve the problem with the merchant before contacting them for help. We ask that you come to us first to resolve any issues with your Llama Beach Boutique order. We are not asking you to give up your right to file a dispute with the credit card company. We are asking that you give us sufficient information to make sure you are super amazingly happy with your Llama Beach Boutique experience. Our goal is ZERO credit card disputes, which we can achieve with outstanding responses to issues you bring to our attention. Please let us make it right.

Deadlines

You have 5 days from date of notice to respond to pre-print quality control notifications.

You have 5 days from the end of the end of the delivery window to inform us that your order was not delivered.

You have 14 days from date of receipt of the order to inform us of any issues you would like us to address about that order.
